Under-8 Program 2010

This program is for boys and girls, born between August 1, 2002 and July 31, 2004. We have separate leagues for Under 8 girls and boys. If your child is born after July 31, 2004 and is entering 1st grade this fall, please contact the Under 8 Age Group coordinator to discuss playing Under 8 soccer.

U8 Soccer Registration for Fall '10

U8 Soccer registration for Fall '10 will open in April on the Piedmont Soccer website. You will be able to request (not guaranteed) a friend to play with, or a coach you would like to be with. Please indicate the grade your child will be entering in fall '10 on the registration form. Parents are strongly encouraged to consider volunteering to coach or assistant coach a team. No prior experience is necessary. The club anticipates a huge turnout for this fall and wishes to keep teams at a reasonable size so that all kids get plenty of playing time. Please also read the agreement forms available on the registration page.

Sunday Option:   Sunday Option: Sunday Option: For children who, for reasons such as language school obligations, religious practice or parental custody conflicts are unable to play organized sports on Saturday, Piedmont Soccer Club offers a limited option to participate on a team which has scheduled matches only on Sunday. If your child needs to be on this team please notify u8boys@piedmontsoccer.org or u8girls@piedmontsoccer.org after you have registered. Please do not omit this important step.

U8 Schedule

Practice should begin at the end of August. Games will start the weekend after Labor Day. The season ends the second weekend in November.
