For the 2010/2011 season, ALL players will be required to purchase uniforms in connection with the Club’s new uniform program. The uniform fee, which must be paid in addition to the base registration fee, will be $50 per player. A $50 late fee will apply to all registrations received after May 10th. Registration closes for U10 through U19 teams on May 31, 2010. Registrations received after May 31st will be accepted on a space available basis only. Class 4 league and team drafts are expected to be held in early June. Registration for U8 and U6 leagues will extend through June 30, 2010. Registration fees are $175 for U8 and $100 for U6. There is no separate uniform fee for the U8 or U6 age groups. In addition, there is no late fee, but please try to register between April 1 and June 30th. Registrations received after May 31st will be accepted on a space available basis only. Please note that U6 teams will be coed. Teams for U8 players will be girls- and boys-only, rather than coed. No tryouts are required for PSC recreational level teams. Players are assigned to teams by coaches and the respective age group coordinators, and all U10 and older teams are formed in accordance with the PSC player draft process. Player preferences will be accommodated to the extent reasonably possible, but please keep in mind that player preferences cannot be guaranteed. Recreational teams are "flighted" with the goal of having them play teams of similar age and ability. PSC will host one team in each age division and for each gender that will play only on Sundays during the fall season. We do this on behalf of the entire Jack London Youth Soccer League. These teams give preference to families who have custody, language school or religious conflicts with a Saturday schedule. This option needs to be made known during the registration form. For more information, please contact Ephraim Greenwall at vpadmin@piedmontsoccer.org.
CLASS 3 (COMPETITITVE - "HIGHLANDERS/SCOTS") REGISTRATION FEES AND OTHER INFORMATIONThe base registration fee is $360 for all Highlanders and Scots players. To register for a Highlanders or Scots team, you must have been preselected for these teams during the Class 3 tryouts. Class 3 players will be notified by their coach or team manager regarding specific registration procedures. All registration materials (including registration forms, photos and birth certificates) must be submitted to the PSC Registration Coordinator by April 16, 2010 so that we may comply with Jack London Youth Soccer League deadlines.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICYIt is the policy of the Jack London Youth Soccer Sports League to have each parent sign a form acknowledging the League’s “Zero Tolerance” policy, which is designed to ensure that all parents, players, and coaches understand and follow appropriate rules of conduct during soccer activities. During the online registration process, you will be asked to acknowledge that you have read the form and agree to follow it by checking the acknowledgement box.COACHESFor coaches, there is a separate registration form to sign Form 1628 (PDF) and a separate Zero Tolerance Policy to Sign (Coach Zero Tolerance Policy).
